Banimmo is a multinational company well known for offering property relocation services, which means that the company focused on the technical and commercial restoration of underrated or outdated buildings of a particular size (should have a principle of minimum of 5 Million euro together with labour) in the three major geographical markets on which it concentrates the most Belgium, France and Luxembourg. The company aims for Business to Business property assets, which comprises of mainly the office spaces, shopping centres and shopping malls together with more explicit commercial property assets, such as convention centres and centres for exhibition.



Once Company identifies all the potentially beneficial buildings, Banimmo carries out all the essential renovations, which may consist of structural work, at the same time keep hold of all the existing tenants as far as possible. All the refurbished spaces are rented out by the company with the support of brokers, which cooperates in an active role in their commercialisation.
