Analysts: less sales KBC, relatively high dividend

Tomorrow KBC will publish its past quarters results. For this year KBC's revenue will be around 7,22 billion euros. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is hugely lower than 2018's revenue of 9,75 billion euros.

The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 1,53 billion euros. According to most of the analysts the company will have a profit per share for this book year of 3,59 euros. So the price/earnings-ratio equals 12,92.

Huge dividend KBC

For this year most of the analysts expect a dividend of 2,14 euros per share. The dividend yield is then 4,61 percent. The average dividend yield of the banks equals a good 3,32 percent.

The most recent recommendations for the bank are from Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank.

KBC's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 19,3 billion euros. The KBC stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last May the stock is 18 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 33 and 74 euro. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 42 percent higher.
