Analysts: less sales Citigroup, huge dividend

Tomorrow the American company Citigroup will publish its past quarter results. For this year Citigroup's revenue will be around 72,02 billion USD. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is slightly lower than 2018's revenue of 74,29 billion USD.

The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 11,5 billion USD. The majority of the analysts expects for this year a profit per share of 4,74 USD. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is 9,85.

Analysts expect a dividend of 2,08 USD per share. Citigroup's dividend yield thus equals 4,46 percent. The average dividend yield of the banks is a relatively high 3,32 percent.

Citigroup's market capitalization is around 110,56 billion USD. The Citigroup stock was the past 12 months quite unstable. Since last April the stock is 29 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 32 and 83 dollar. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 5 percent higher.
