Analysts expect over 2020 rising revenue BAM, huge dividend

Tomorrow the Dutch BAM will report its past quarters results. For this year BAM's revenue will be around 7,27 billion euros. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is slightly more than 2018's revenue of 7,21 billion euros.

The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 130 million euros. The majority of the analysts expects for this year a profit per share of 35 cent. The PE-ratio therefore is 7,6.

Huge dividend BAM

Per share the analysts expect a dividend of 0,13 cents per share. BAM's dividend yield thus equals 4,89 percent. The average dividend yield of the construction/infrastructure companies is a good 3,04 percent.

The latest 3 recommendations for the construction/infrastructure company were provided by KBC Securities, ABN AMRO and Kepler Capital Markets.

BAM's market value equals around 726,75 million . The BAM stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last February the stock is 12 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 2 and 4 euro. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 43 percent higher.
