Tomorrow the French Carrefour will publish its past quarter figures. Over the current book year the total revenue will be 76,89 billion euros (consensus estimates). This is slightly lower than 2017's revenue of 84,92 billion euros.
The analysts expect for 2018 a net profit of 742 million euros. The majority of the analysts expects for this year a profit per share of 97 cent. The PE-ratio therefore is 18,31.
Analysts expect a dividend of 0,47 cents per share. Carrefour's dividend yield thus equals 2,65 percent. The average dividend yield of the food & drug retailers is a moderate 1 percent.
Based on the current number of outstanding shares Carrefour's market capitalization 13,55 billion euros. The Carrefour stock was the past 12 months quite unstable. Since last February the stock is 3 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 13 and 19 euro. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 24 percent lower.
