Analysts expect revenue increase Gemalto

Tomorrow the Dutch Gemalto will report its past quarter's results. Over the current book year the total revenue will be 3,04 billion euros (consensus estimates). This is slightly more than 2017's revenue of 2,97 billion euros.

The analysts expect for 2018 a net profit of 234 million euros. For this year the consensus of Gemalto 's result per share is a profit of 2,59 euros. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is 19,14.

Per share the analysts expect a dividend of 0,53 cents per share. The dividend yield is then 1,07 percent. The average dividend yield of the electronics companies equals an attractive 2 percent.

Bryan Garnier, Goldman Sachs and Barclays recently provided recommendations for the stock.

Gemalto 's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 4,42 billion euros. The Gemalto stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last August the stock is 11 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 31 and 50 euro. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 69 percent higher.

At 10.13 the stock trades 0,02 percent higher at 49,58 euros.
