Coca-Cola nears acquisition valuing BodyArmor at $8B

  • Coca-Cola (NYSE:KO) is close to buying a controlling stake in sports drink maker BodyArmor in a deal that values the company at ~$8B, Bloomberg reports.

  • Even combined with BodyArmor, the Coca-Cola products would own ~23% of the sports drink market, well behind Gatorade's 68%, Bloomberg reports, citing Euromonitor.

For this year Coca-Cola 's revenue will be around 38.08 billion USD. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is quite more than 2021's revenue of 33.01 billion USD.
