IBM forms strategic partnership with process mining startup Celonis

  • IBM (NYSE: IBM ) and its Red Hat business have formed a strategic partnership with German process mining company Celonis to accelerate adoption of the Celonis Execution Management System. which sits on top of an enterprise's systems and processes to identify areas clogging execution capacity and suggest solutions.
  • IBM Global Business Services is implementing Celonis software as part of its methodology and helping clients build new solutions using EMS.
  • Celonis is adopting an open hybrid cloud strategy by re-platforming Red Hat OpenShift.
