Analysts foresee less revenue Bayer, high dividend yield

Tomorrow the German Bayer will report its past quarter results. For this year the company from Leverkusen could earn a total revenue around 42,58 billion euros. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is slightly lower than 2019's revenue of 43,55 billion euros.

The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 6,17 billion euros. The majority of the analysts expects for this year a profit per share of 6,35 euros. With this the price/earnings-ratio is 6,36.

Huge dividend Bayer

Analysts expect a dividend of 2,35 euros per share. Thus the dividend yield equals 5,82 percent. The average dividend yield of the chemical companies is a low 0,37 percent.

Bayer 's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 37,64 billion euros. The Bayer stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last November the stock is 40 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 40 and 78 euro.

At 10.33 the stock trades 1,47 percent higher at 40,36 euros.
