Dollar Tree will announce it's last quarter's results tomorrow. Over the current book year the total revenue will be 24,74 billion USD (consensus estimates). This is slightly more than 2018's revenue of 23,61 billion USD.
The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 1,11 billion USD. According to most of the analysts the company will have a profit per share for this book year of 4,66 USD. The price/earnings-ratio therefore equals 18,28.
Analysts don't expect the company to pay a dividend. The average dividend yield of the general retailers is an attractive 3,49 percent.
Dollar Tree's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 20,28 billion USD. The Dollar Tree stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last May the stock is 12 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 60 and 120 dollar. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 309 percent higher.
