Tomorrow the German company Lufthansa will publish its past quarters results. Over the current book year the total revenue will be 23,96 billion euros (consensus estimates). This is rather significant lower than 2018's revenue of 36,42 billion euros.
The analysts expect for 2020 a net loss of 2,76 billion euros. The majority of the analysts expects for this year a loss per share of 5,73 euros. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is -1,41.
Analysts don't expect the company to pay a dividend. The average dividend yield of the airline companies is a relatively high 2,22 percent.
Lufthansa's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 3,85 billion euros. The Lufthansa stock was the past 12 months quite unstable. Since last April the stock is 61 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 7 and 22 euro. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 36 percent higher.
