Analysts expect a dividend of 0,7 cents per share. The dividend yield is then 5,11 percent. The average dividend yield of the telecommunications companies equals a good 2 percent.
Tomorrow Orange will publish its past quarter's results. Over the current book year the total revenue will be 41,26 billion euros (consensus estimates). This is slightly more than 2017's revenue of 41,1 billion euros.
The analysts expect for 2018 a net profit of 2,89 billion euros. For this year the consensus of the result per share is a profit of 1,08 euros. The price-earnings-ratio equals 12,69.
Orange 's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 36,46 billion euros. The Orange stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last October the stock is 5 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 13 and 15 euro. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 28 percent lower.
