Analysts expect over 2018 rising revenue Whitbread

Tomorrow Whitbread will publish its past quarter's results. For this year Whitbread 's revenue will be around 3,41 billion GBp. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is slightly more than 2017's revenue of 3,3 billion GBp.

The analysts expect for 2018 a net profit of 487 million GBp. For this year most of the analysts expect a profit per share of 266 GBp. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is 17,05.

Per share the analysts are expecting a dividend of 105 GBp per share. Thus the dividend yield equals 2,32 percent. The average dividend yield of the restaurants & bars companies is an attractive 5 percent.

Whitbread 's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 831,27 billion GBp. The Whitbread stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last October the stock is 18 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 3500 and 4800 GBp. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 430 percent higher.
