SpareBank 1 SMN : Possible New senior unsecured bond

SpareBank 1 SMN has mandated Nordea Markets and SpareBank 1 Markets to investigate the opportunity to issue a new bond in the Norwegian bond market. A senior unsecured NOK bond issue with a tenor of 4 years may be completed, subject to market conditions.
