McDonald's Corporation is the conglomerate industry or company in the field of restaurants which provides the franchisee to McDonald's quick serving restaurants and operates them making them the largest chain of fast food (hamburger) restaurants worldwide. This company has been formed back on 15th of April in 1955 by Raymond Albert Kroc and had been head-quartered as McDonald's Plaza in Oak Brook, Illinois.
