Tomorrow Danone will publish its past quarters results. Over the current book year the total revenue will be 25,33 billion euros (consensus estimates). This is slightly more than 2018's revenue of 24,65 billion euros.
The analysts expect for 2019 a net profit of 2,47 billion euros. According to most of the analysts the company will have a profit per share for this book year of 3,81 euros. So the price/earnings-ratio equals 19,82.
Per share the analysts are expecting a dividend of 2,05 euros per share. Thus the dividend yield equals 2,71 percent. The average dividend yield of the food producers is a low 1 percent.
Danone's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 47,76 billion euros. The Danone stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last July the stock is 18 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 60 and 77 euro.
